Session Timeline

| 1. Book your session. Session
fees are paid upon booking to reserve your time. We accept
Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may
also choose to mail payment via check, but your session
time is not reserved until payment is received in our
studio. |

| 2. Schedule your pre-consult and/or consult with us
in studio. |

| 3. Arrive 15 minutes early dressed in your first outfit
ready for your session. We will spend a few minutes going
over your outfits and determining what you will look best
in. |

| 4. Enjoy your session! |
| |
| 5. After your session, we will schedule a time for you
to either view proofs in our studio or take them home
with you. A $250 advance is due and payble if you decide
to take your proofs with you. This is credited against
your purchase and any difference is refundable if you
order doesn't exceed $250. |

| 6. Deadline for ordering your portraits is approximately
2 weeks after proof pickup. At that time, we will sit
down with you and your parent(s) and place your order.
Payment is due upon order placement. |

| 7. Print order will be in within 7 days of your order
placement. If you have ordered a custom frame or any other
non-stock specialty product, those should be available
within 14-21 days of your order placement. |

From your session until final print delivery, it
can be from as little as 10 days before your receive
your prints or as long as 24 days if you keep your proofs
for the entire 2 week period from proof pickup.
It's up to you. Proof viewing encompasses the longest
part of the time frame until you receive your print
order. |
