The online scheduler is not yet available for the Class of 2011.

The Standard Yearbook Session is a 15-minute session during which your yearbook pose will be photographed, as well as a few additional poses which will incorporate the unique elements of your school.

If we are unable to contact you via phone to confirm your session booking, we will hold the session time for 24 hours. Please respond to our message within that time span.  If we are not able to confirm your booking and process your payment, the session time and date will be released and your first choice of date and time may not be available later.

If we are unavailable when you call us, please leave your name, your daughter's name, your email address and your best daytime number. Also, you have the opportunity to leave credit card payment in our secure voice mail to secure your date and time. We accept MC/Visa/Discover/Amex. Please leave the credit card number, expiration date, and the name of the cardholder along with your phone number.

If you have any questions about the scheduling process or need to expand your portrait session, please contact us at 513-677-6403. We are generally in studio M-F from 10:00a.m.-5:30p.m.

We invite you to also to personally visit our studio to view our photography, but do ask that you call to schedule a time to do so to ensure we will be available to answer any questions you may have. We schedule appointments for each client to ensure we may devote the required time based upon the nature of the appointment.

Your image for the yearbook is a head-and-shoulders pose with a school-specified backdrop.

You may choose to wear either the black velvet drape provided by the Photographer (see sample below)
OR a dress shirt in your yearbook pose (sample of basic dress shirt.)  Please, no spaghetti straps or revealing necklines if you choose to wear personal clothing for your yearbook pose. 

You will be able to wear a second outfit for additional poses at the School as well.

          Your Standard Yearbook Session will last approximately 15 minutes. 

          You may UPGRADE your Standard Yearbook Session! This will allow you to extend the time for your session if you choose one of the expanded/upgraded session offerings listed on our Senior Portrait Session page.
   
When you upgrade from the Standard Yearbook Session to a Basic, Basic Plus, Deluxe, or PremiereTM session, the additional session time you have purchased will be spent capturing poses on a later date of your choosing, at our Studio in Loveland, Ohio.  Our calendar tends to fill quickly, so be sure to call soon if you wish to upgrade your session!

            Expanded/upgraded sessions allow for:
            *more outfits (from 2 outfits to as many as 12)
            *more poses (from 12 to as many as 120!)
            *incorporation of personal items, including musical instruments, sports gear, your car, hobbies, your pet(s), etc.
          *time spent at a second location for poses with your horse, at a favorite scenic spot within 15 miles of our Studio, or to create a specific setting involving complex props, additional family members, or friends.
           
If you participate in the Standard Yearbook Session at the School and book an upgraded session, you will only pay the cost of the upgraded session.  Your yearbook pose and a small number of additional poses will be taken at School on the date you select online, and the remainder of the session time which is included in the expanded/upgraded session you have purchased will take place at our Studio.

Description of image in drape:
You may have your yearbook pose wearing the traditional “drape” such as this example, which previous St. Ursula alumnae from your family may have chosen.
